+Added the over-powered end-game sword Excalibur along with a suitably difficult recipe.
+Added a recipe for each piece of the Ninja armour set.
=Increased Shuriken and Kunai maximum stack capacity from 1 (what an error!) to 32.
=Increased Wither Guardian's drop of Dark Prismarine's amount from 2 (I think) to 32.
=Increased Shuriken and Kunai crafting amount per recipe from 8 to 16. I mean, they're not that useful, they should at least be plentiful!
-Removed discarded features' old code.
=Changed Magical Mages' creative tab's internal data to be different to that of Better Mushroom Islands', destroying the bug that had Better Mushroom Islands' creative tab's name to be Magical Mages if Magical Mages was also installed.
