Healing Shard now gives Regeneration 3 instead of 1

Levitation Shard cooldown now lasts only 6 seconds

Invisibility Shard no longer emits particles

Invisibility Shard cooldown now lasts only 10 seconds more than the potion effect does

Dolphins Grace Shard cooldown now lasts only 10 seconds more than the potion effects do

Dragon Shard now shoots 3 dragon fireballs with 1 seconds between each fireball

Wither Shard now shoots 3 wither skulls with 1 seconds between each skull

Companionship Shard cooldown now lasts only 500 seconds instead of 1000
