§ 1 – Rights of Use

  1. Use of this mod is permitted exclusively for private use.
  2. Any form of decompilation, modification, or alteration of the source code or assets (textures, models, sounds) is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the author.
  3. Integration into modpacks is only permitted if these are hosted on authorized platforms (CurseForge, Modrinth) and do not pursue any commercial intentions.

§ 2 – Commercial Use

  1. Any commercial use, including the sale of the mod, parts of the mod, or the generation of advertising revenue through unauthorized downloads, is prohibited.
  2. Violations of this prohibition will be prosecuted under civil law.

§ 3 – Reupload (RDB clause)

Reuploading the mod under this license is not permitted on any other sites except those on which the mod was published by the team itself (e.g., GitHub, Modrinth, CurseForge). Re-uploading is not permitted on any site, especially those on the MLS blacklist. The MLS RDB can be found at mls.magentaweb.org/rdb.

 

TO BE CLEAR: REUPLOADING IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. VIOLATIONS MAY RESULT IN LEGAL CONSEQUENCES AND CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES.

§ 4 – Contractual penalty & expiry of the license

Any violation of these license terms, in particular § 2 and § 3, will result in the immediate, automatic expiry of any license to use the software. Any further distribution or use of the software from this point onwards will be considered a copyright infringement.
