Adjusted Nuker now properly reads your current reach range and wont try to break past that (as it gets stuck)
Removed blocks per tick as most servers wont allow more than 1 instant break block per tick anyhow defaulted to 1
Nuker now works with fastbreak setting checks against it for its breaks
