this mod adds the mace to 1.20.1 but it is obtained a bit differently you will need:

• 4 amethyst shards
• 3 iron
• 1 heart of the sea
• 4 prismarine crystals
• 4 obsidian
• 2 emeralds

now if you have thes 2 then do:

now it could be that it feels wrong and that is because i have never used the mace so i don't know how it works
