Macaw's Bridges

Added:
- Wooden/Bamboo bridges/stairs/piers can be used as fuel in furnaces

Fixed:
- Cant place torch if you only have 1 in hand
- Blocks are not set to have a breaking tool
- Enchanted tools not working on them
- Bottom of the bridge turns invisible when a platform is placed below
- Bridge stair cullface messed up a bit
- Bridge stair are messing up next to stairs
- Walkways go invisible when solid block on top of them
