What's new
- Remove ghosts for a stable release since those are not yet implemented
- Fix bug where the astral inventory would be duplicated when entering the inner realm (#134)
- Fix bug where damage to the physical body and death would not sync across dimensions
- Fix a bug where the death of the a physical body would delete physical inventory instead of killing player and dropping physical inventory when they are in different dimensions
- Fix the burn command so it adds the item to a player's inventory when they are in the Inner Realm
