WARNING: Updating will cause all Quantum Tanks' inventories to be reset. You will lose all fluid stored in them. This shouldn't happen again. (Hopefully)
UPDATED: Tank structure (code). Unfortunately, all old tanks will be emptied when updating, but it was necessary to move forward.
REMOVED: Garbage filling up the Log from debugging
UPDATED: Large QT Controllers now correctly determine if other controllers are too close
UPDATED: Altered the volume of the "Easter Egg" mob (it was a tad too loud, methinks)
CHANGED: Small Quantum Tanks now no longer dump their entire fluid inventory to lower tanks at once. Instead, it streams out at 500mb/t (It looks a lot more natural now.)
