  • Use the compiled version of this mod (“the Software”) in personal or server environments.

  • Distribute unmodified copies of the compiled .jar file as part of a free modpack, provided:

    • Full and clear credit is given to “LYIVX’s Core by LYIVX”, and

    • This license file remains included and unaltered.

No other rights are granted, either expressed or implied.

2. Prohibited Actions

You are strictly forbidden from:

  • Accessing, copying, using, or redistributing the source code of this Software in any form.

  • Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to reconstruct the source code.

  • Modifying or creating derivative works based on the Software.

  • Redistributing any altered or recompiled versions of the Software.

  • Selling, licensing, or monetizing this Software, directly or indirectly, without explicit written permission from LYIVX.

Any of the above actions will be considered a violation of copyright law and may result in immediate takedown requests and/or legal action.

5. Modpacks and Servers

The Software may be:

  • Included in free modpacks that comply with Section 1.

  • Used on private or public servers, provided it is not modified and is freely accessible.

Commercial use (including paid modpacks, monetized servers, or reselling) is prohibited without written permission.

This license is governed by international copyright law under the Berne Convention.
Violations may result in DMCA takedown actions and other legal remedies.
