Lycanthropes

*Changed:

- How armor and tools are obtained for both factions(check the Lycanthropes book for info on how to start)

- Moonvine and Wolfsbane no longer allowed to be bone mealed due to new progression

- Wolfsbaning effect now decreases the attack damage of monsters instead of adding wither 

- How much the mod's potions increased or decreased attack damage, speed, hunger, etc.

- Moonstone (now called Moonstone Amplifier) now increases the effect level of enraged

*Added:

- New progression more align with the mods main theme.

- Lycan tools that add the rend debuff(decreases armor)

- Lycan gold blocks

- Enraged effect, wich allows the collection of wrath and envy pieces 

- Moonstone gem

- 2 villager professions
