Updated the mod to neoforge 1.21.1

Fixed a bug that caused items to disappear when the storage bag was opened and the auto-pickup was turned on.

Now the storage bag cannot be automatically picked up when it is turned on.

Fixed the colorful flower block not being translated and the creative mode inventory.
