This mod is open source, meaning anyone can view and use the code. You can find the source at https:github.com/CodeAG/LLadders.
There is a function in this mod which tries to connect to https:raw.github.com/CodeAG/LLadders/master/VERSION. This is so the mod can inform users of updates. No other connections outside of Minecraft is made. If you want to disable the update check function, edit:
B:"Check for updates"=true
in the config file to:
B:"Check for updates"=false
I have a Twitter account where I will post updates regarding the mod and other Minecraft related stuff.
