🌟 [Version]-Mize is now UpdateMize! 🌟
The new Drops system for updates means that we're not getting a new 1.xx update everytime. For example, the features I added in my previous pack, 1.22-mize, turned out to be the features for 1.21.4. As so, I decided to give UpdateMize its own version system! Considering that this is the 4th update ever since the first UpdateMize, this is UpdateMize o4 (UMo4 for short)!
o4 stands for omega-4. Omega is the brand new version naming scheme for all my projects!
🎥 Minecraft Live recap! 🎥
Minecraft Live teased some awesome things! Near nether fossils, you can find a Dried Ghast! You can pick it up, take it into the Overworld, and put it into water! After some waiting, it will turn into a Ghastling! A Ghastling will later turn into a Happy Ghast, and you can turn it into a Happy Ghast quicker by feeding it snowballs! Then, you can craft a Harness and ride the Happy Ghast, along with 3 other passengers!
The new ghasts are honestly so cute. I couldn't wait for the snapshots, in fact, so I added them in myself - they are completely recreated from Minecraft Live and packed into this mod!
🔥 Features of UpdateMize o4 🔥
What this mod adds:
- Dried Ghast (Sad, Neutral, and Smiling variants)
- Ghastling and Happy Ghast
- Happy Ghasts with Harnesses of all 16 wool colors
What this mod doesn't add:
- Finding Dried Ghasts in the Nether, or ways to get the features in Survival Mode
- The mechanic that turns a Dried Ghast into a Ghastling, and a Ghastling into a Happy Ghast
- Feeding snowballs to the Ghastling
- Riding the Happy Ghast (Making it a rideable entity does not work properly, sorry!)
I have a lot of responsibilities in my personal life for now, so I do not have the time to add as much to this mod as I would have wanted to. I'm really sorry and I hope you understand!
✅ How to use UpdateMize o4 ✅
- You can find the Dried Ghasts, Ghastling and Happy Ghast into the Spawn Eggs section of the Creative inventory.
- You can spawn a Happy Ghast with a harness by selecting a harness from the Tools & Utilities section of the Creative inventory, and right-clicking a block (or the ground).
