Adds a functional energy generation block that produces Forge Energy (FE) based on the current moon phase.

Features

Moon-Powered Energy Generation

• FE Production - Generates 100 FE/t at New Moon, scaling up to 200 FE/t at Full Moon.
• Energy Transfer - Automatically transfers energy to adjacent blocks.
• Internal Storage - Stores up to 100,000 FE internally.

Dynamic Moon Phase System

• Phase Multipliers - Different energy output for each of the 8 moon phases:
  • Full Moon: 200 FE/t (2.0x multiplier)
  • Waxing/Waning Gibbous: 175 FE/t (1.75x multiplier)
  • First/Third Quarter: 150 FE/t (1.5x multiplier)
  • Waxing/Waning Crescent: 125 FE/t (1.25x multiplier)
  • New Moon: 100 FE/t (base)

Stackable Upgrades

• Lunar Efficiency Upgrades - Install up to 10 upgrades in a single slot.
• Scaling Power - Each upgrade boosts energy generation by 10%. With 10 upgrades, you achieve a 2.594x multiplier (up to ~520 FE/t at full moon!).

Configuration & UI

• Player GUI - Intuitive interface to manage your energy storage and upgrades.

• Fully Configurable - Adjust base energy output, set maximum energy storage and transfer rates, configure upgrade settings, toggle optional daytime energy generation, and require or disable sky access.

Admin Tools & Commands

• Phase Control - Server admins and testers can effortlessly manage the lunar cycle using /lunarcollector setphase <0-7>, /lunarcollector fullmoon, /lunarcollector newmoon, and /lunarcollector phases.
