The Lumen Orb mod introduces an item called "Lumen Orb", a tool designed to illuminate your path without the hassle of placing torches manually, the orb scans dark areas and places torches in valid locations near the player keeping you safe from mob spawns in caves, mines and deep expeditions.

Inventory System:

The Lumen Orb has an inventory that accepts any burnable item allowing players to fuel it with various materials.

Durability Management:

As the Lumen Orb places torches, it consumes durability. When its durability falls below a certain threshold it will automatically consume burnable items from its inventory to repair itself.

Repair Mechanics:

Any item that can be used in a furnace can restore durability and the orb will make sure to save resources when it can't increase the durability by at least 1 point.

Torch Collection:

The Lumen Orb features a counter that allows players to pick up already placed torches.

When breaking a torch while holding the Lumen Orb it will collect the torch in itself instead of dropping it.
