This release adds server-side controls for natural Lucky Block generation:

Configure the global frequency with naturalSpawnChance.
Override frequency per dimension with naturalDimensionSpawnChances.
Override frequency per biome with naturalBiomeSpawnChances.
Configure Common, Rare, Legendary, and Cursed natural variant weights globally or by location.
Keep the default at one Overworld attempt per 48 chunks; Nether and End remain disabled by default.
Skip water surfaces to avoid visible clusters in oceans.
Preserve invalid JSON and create a timestamped backup instead of overwriting it.
Use /luckycobblemon reload after editing the server config.

The release was built with Java 21 and tested with ./gradlew clean build.
