Added the [Luckiest]  enchantment:

  · Regular fishing rods can now catch additional Luckyboxes only when enchanted with [Luckiest] 
  · Does not affect vanilla fishing loot, catch time, or other fishing enchantments.
  · Can be obtained from the enchanting table, random loot, or crafting, but will not appear in villager trades.

Changes

· Regular fishing rods without the [Luckiest]  enchantment no longer yield additional Luckyboxes.
· The starter fishing rod in Luckybox Skyblock now comes with Luckiest I.
· Improved the Lucky Fishing Rod tooltip.
· Added a quartz block conversion recipe: 1 Block of Quartz can be crafted into 4 Nether Quartz.

Added the Lucky Fishing Rod :
  · Only catches Luckyboxes and special rewards.
  · Takes approximately 3 seconds per catch and has unlimited durability.
  · Successful fishing in open water increases its upgrade progress.
  · Luckybox rewards increase at 256, 512, and 1,024 successful open-water catches.
  · Supports special fishing in End waters and Nether lava.
  · Can be crafted or obtained by completing the advancement for opening 64 Luckyboxes.

Added the End Box :
  · Has a chance to be caught in the End using a fully upgraded Lucky Fishing Rod.
  · Contains End-related blocks, materials, and spawn eggs.
  · Its reward pool can be customized through configuration and item tags.

Added the Nether Box :
  · Has a chance to be caught while lava fishing in the Nether with a Lucky Fishing Rod.
  · Contains Nether-related blocks and materials.
  · If no Nether Box is caught, a standard lava-fishing reward is given instead.

Added a statistic that tracks the total number of Luckyboxes opened.
Added 4 advancements for opening  Luckyboxes.

Changes

· Increased the default Lucky Package drop chance from hostile mobs from 0.3%  to 0.9% .
· Added server configuration options for the End Box, Nether Box, and special fishing mechanics.
· Added new data pack tags for customizing box reward pools and Nether lava-fishing rewards.
