Lucky block aspirations

This is my first mob that will appear in a future update, and also the first passive creature.
Compared to others, this villager does not respawn from a happiness block, but only when a special block from this modification is placed next to a regular villager.
Description
Overall, he plans to add 1,000 new items to the game. This is my first time, so I'm not sure if I can keep this promise. Once testing is complete, the mod will be made available to the public, and I hope it will be well received. I try to do everything in an original way. I recently played version 1.12.2, so it will be difficult for me to keep up with the current version of MC.
In this modification, I intend to focus primarily on the happiness block, but I will also add many unrelated elements, such as a new dimension (this is not guaranteed).
