Updated minimum LimaCore to v1.18.x

This update was accidentally not released, it contains some pre-26.1.2 improvements.

  • Refactored to match LimaCore changes
  • Cleaned up redundant classes
  • Projectile entity rework
    • Re-modeled Hanabi grenades with reworked Flame shell. Creates only a singular flame field not affected by gravity.
  • New Glacia glass block
  • New distance_curve upgrade value type
  • Reworked the Stargazer Intrinsics upgrade module
    • +15% bonus damage if sneaking and standing still
    • After 30m distance from target, +1.0 damage per meter for a max of +50.0 damage (at a total distance of 80m from target).
