Added blacklist for inrange entities: go to config and type in the entity name in the blacklist, separate each entity with commas. Blacklisted entities will not show the in-range indicator if they are in-range, but it will still show attack cooldown after swinging (because LOTR does an attack timing after a swing on any entity)
Fixed bug fix with Et Futurum backported flying causing crashing
