Lost Portals is a lightweight, server-side utility mod designed to make Nether navigation stress-free. It automatically tracks your last used Nether portal and displays its exact distance and direction using a custom BossBar.

🚀 Installation & Usage

1. Drop the .jar file into your server's mods folder (or your singleplayer mods folder).
2. Ensure you are running NeoForge.
3. Enter the Nether, pass through a portal, and the tracking will instantly activate!
