Expand the capacity of all containers in the Lootr mod, supporting fixed sizes or weighted random sizes.

Configuration
The configuration file is located at config/lootrbiggerchest-common.toml.
Fixed Size

The four container types (chest, barrel, shulker box, chest minecart) are configured independently.
Random Size
If a random_capacity list is configured, the fixed rows and columns are ignored. A size is randomly selected from the list based on weight:

# Leave empty to use the fixed rows and columns.
Each container's size is determined the first time it is opened and then saved persistently.
Notes
Configuration changes take effect immediately; no restart is required.
Existing old containers retain the size that was determined when they were first opened.
The container GUI automatically adapts to different sizes.
