Lootr: Fair Share

Lootr gives every player their own loot in each chest. That is great, but a group of five can then loot every structure five times. Fair Share keeps Lootr's personal loot and makes each player's share smaller the more players are active on the world. A group still finds more than one player alone, and if you play alone, nothing changes for you.

⚖️ How it works

• Your share of every Lootr container shrinks with the number of active players.
• Active means online now or played within the last 7 days. It does not matter how many slots the server has or who is nearby.
• Default shares: 1 player 100 %, 2 players 71 %, 3 players 58 %, 4 players 50 %, 5 or more 45 % each. Five players together still find more than twice what one player finds.
• Fair rounding: every stack is cut to your share and rounded up or down at random, so a single book or tool still turns up with that chance.
• /fairshare shows who counts as active and what share you get right now.

⚙️ Good to know

• Server only: players who join a server do not need the mod.
• Config fairshare-common.toml: the share for each number of players and how many days count as active.
