- Reworked the random target filter around a stronger item/block blacklist.
- Excluded spawn eggs, banner pattern items, smithing templates, jukebox-playable music discs, written books, filled maps, potions, tipped arrows, and suspicious stew.
- Excluded blocked block items including budding amethyst, farmland, dirt path, frosted ice, suspicious sand, suspicious gravel, and all infested blocks.
- Kept defensive filtering for empty default item stacks and `*_spawn_egg` item ids.
