Loot Cities 3.0 changelog (FINALLY!)

-Added helicopter and vehicle wrecks that spawn dynamically around the world with corresponding loot rarities!

-Refactored higher and lower tier loot pools and their spawn mechanisms for balance and more satisfying looting

-Balanced empty chests, should be marginally less frequent

-Added new guns (G3+AR57) and attachments (Hera Grip, launchers) to loot pools

-Randomly generated Military outposts! Some can be radioactive...
