A small change fixing a few issues that should've been fixed ages ago
BLOCKS
All blocks should be properly mineable again and most blocks should now be dropped under certain conditions.
Celestial Ore
- Now drops ores when broken with diamond+ pickaxes - This is affected by fortune.
- Silk touch now also works.
Celestial Block
- Small particle fixes when someone without a power is stood on it
Casino Floor/Bars
- Mined faster and drops when broken with iron+ tools
Ice Spikes
- Mined faster with pickaxes and drops when silk touch is used.
Thorn Vine
- Mined faster with swords
- Damage no longer does knockback
