What's new

Fixed the New Earth bunker structure assignment.
- Replaced the incorrect New Earth bunker 
- New Earth now uses the proper bunker containing the Multiverse Teleporter.
- Fixed the structure used by the actual Project X New Earth generation system.
- Kept the Overworld bunker unchanged.
- Includes all previous Celantino and Project X fixes, balancing changes, respawn improvements and compatibility updates.
