LoliPickaxe Fabric

Compatibility-only port of the frozen LoliPickaxe 1.0.0 contract to Minecraft 26.1.

• Preserves the 27 configured special drops, 1024-block/six-degree swing resolver, 32-block-expanded use ability, execution lifecycle, holder protection, same-item immunity, and bundled asset hashes.
• Uses version-appropriate item, registry, component, interaction, and server APIs without changing gameplay values.
• Passed clean build, release-contract verification, server initialization, and GitHub CI with Java 25, Fabric Loader 0.19.3, and Fabric API 0.145.1+26.1.

Minecraft 26.1 兼容移植：

• 完整保留冻结玩法合同中的 27 类特殊掉落、1024 格/6 度挥击解析、32 格扩展右键能力、处决生命周期、持有者保护、同物品免疫和内置素材哈希。
• 仅适配该版本的物品、注册表、数据组件、交互和服务端 API，不改变玩法数值。
• 已通过 clean build、发布合同校验、服务端初始化和 GitHub CI；使用 Java 25、Fabric Loader 0.19.3 与 Fabric API 0.145.1+26.1。
