Initial Release!

• Added lava-logging: right-click a non-flammable slab, stairs, wall, fence, iron bars/glass pane, trapdoor, ladder, or chain with a lava bucket to fill it with lava, just like water-logging. Empty the bucket on it again to pick the lava back up. Sneak to place lava normally instead.
• Added window-logging: right-click a slab or plain stairs with a glass pane or bars to fit it into the block, turning it into a window. Mine just the glass/bars to pop it back out, or mine the solid part to break the whole thing. Sneak to place the pane/bars normally instead.
• Added carpet-logging: right-click a slab, plain stairs, wall, fence, chain, bars, or glass pane with a carpet to lay it into the block instead of placing one on top. Mine just the carpet to pop it back out, or mine the solid part to break the whole thing. Sneak to place the carpet normally instead.
• Added snow-logging: right-click a slab, plain stairs, wall, fence, chain, bars, or glass pane with snow to build it up in layers instead of placing snow on top. Mine just the snow to pop it all back out (requires a shovel, like normal snow), or mine the solid part to break the whole thing. Sneak to place snow normally instead.
