you ever get that annoying msg that says biome not found or structure not found? well this fixes that command and adds some features, also the locate command runs async which improve performance.

What's new
optomized the locate command so now when running it the server does not overload.
the search goes off in rings only mess with the config if you know what your doing. documentation is in the source link.
when telaporting the game will preload the area so theres no missing chunks and many more small things have been changed. no new commands only built into the vanilla system.
