1. Grant of permission

This software and all related files, assets, source code, compiled files, configurations, and documentation (the “Mod”) are provided only for private and non-commercial testing purposes.

You are allowed to:

download and use the Mod for personal testing
run the Mod in a private local environment
run the Mod on a private test server accessible only to the author, developers, or explicitly authorized testers

2. Restrictions

You are not allowed to, without prior written permission from the author:

use the Mod on a public server
use the Mod on a community server
use the Mod on a commercial server
use the Mod in any production environment
distribute or redistribute the Mod
share the Mod in modpacks, launchers, archives, websites, mirrors, or repositories
modify, decompile, reverse engineer, adapt, or create derivative works from the Mod
reupload the Mod under another name
sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise monetize the Mod
remove or alter copyright, ownership, or license notices

3. Public and server use

Any use of the Mod on a server intended for players outside a strictly private testing group is prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

public Minecraft servers
whitelisted community servers
donation-based servers
partner servers
content creator servers
beta servers opened to external players

Unless the author gives explicit written permission, server use is limited strictly to private testing.

4. Ownership

The Mod remains the exclusive property of the author.
No ownership, copyright, trademark, or exploitation rights are transferred under this license.

5. Permission requests

Any exception to this license must be approved in writing by the author.
Silence or lack of response does not count as permission.

6. Termination

If you violate any term of this license, your rights under this license end immediately.
You must then stop using the Mod and delete all copies in your possession or control.

7. No warranty

The Mod is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
The author is not liable for any damage, loss, issue, or consequence resulting from the use or inability to use the Mod.

8. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, copying, or using the Mod, you agree to be bound by this license.
