Changes from v1.3-Beta2

- Added Polish Translation (#17)

 

Changes From v1.2.4 (Since this is a full release)

- Added Base Lang System for translation

- Replaced logging output system with apache log4j

- Log output for debugging now exists

- Fabric API Is Now Suggested instead of Required
