Lixir's One Little Block

Adds a block that drops random items from any loadded mods when mined and syncs properly with the server and client.

Features:
- Block that adds random items when broken directly to your inventory
- Syncs properly with the server and client (no ghost blocks)
- 1 tick delay when mining to regenerate

It can be given through /give @s lolb:random_item_block
