- Easy Place: Use protocol v2 in the Auto mode if the server sends a 'carpet:hello' packet
- Add a config to disable the Easy Place and Placement Restriction warnings
- Move the schematic conversion data initialization from mod load to first world load - fixes a cross-mod issue with some other mods
- Add a Schematic Edit hotkey to replace the block type while keeping all the block properties

- Add an option to use World Edit commands (in Fill/Delete/Paste)
- Add an option to use /fill commands when pasting on servers (enabled by default) - note: the NBT restore option will not work with fill volumes though!
- Schematic Pasting: Queue and rate limit all commands (including the "sub" commands when restoring NBT data)
- Add config options for the fill, clone and summon command names
- Update to MC 1.18.1 (no changes - still fully compatible with 1.18.0)
