Fixes Litematica schematic rendering and material list for Bobby-cached chunks.

Fixed: Litematica schematic not rendering in Bobby-cached chunks beyond server view distance.
Fixed: Material List only counted server-loaded chunks; now correctly includes all Bobby-cached chunks within the schematic area.

Исправлено: схематика Litematica не отображалась в Bobby-чанках за пределами серверного view distance.
Исправлено: список материалов учитывал только серверные чанки теперь корректно включает все Bobby-чанки в области схематики.
