This includes three fixes ported from 1.19.2

- Chest Rendering Bug Fix (Improper usage of the TextureStitchEvent)

- Shields Bug Fix (Removal of Banner Type NBT Code)

- Boat Rendering Bug Fix (Insertion of ModelLayers for proper rendering with mods that require it)

Let's hope this is the last update for the mod I need until 1.20!
