Linux T Prefix on Opening Chat

Fixes Minecraft bug MC-122477 (https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-122477), where opening chat with T or / on some Linux systems can accidentally type an extra character into the chat box.

We found that RecursiveG had already fixed the original issue (https://github.com/RecursiveG/Mc122477Fix), so we ported their MIT-licensed mod to newer Minecraft/NeoForge versions and submitted the changes upstream as pull requests.

This CurseForge project provides those ports as convenient, ready-to-install downloads.
