+ Added client configs for HUD (not yet implemented)
+ Added client configs for Hotkeys, This is the sounds (enable, change sound, random) and the actual keys
+ Added the ability to simply disable all hotkey and hud changes client-side (may be useful for needing server-side portions)
* Fixed keybindings when mapping to a mouse button not registering correctly
* A better fix for hotkeys attempting to trigger in the main menu
