This work ("the Mod") is a combination of: (A) Original Content - code, assets, textures, models and design authored by Misanthropy, which is All Rights Reserved (Section 1); and (B) Third-Party Content - ported or derived from other open-source projects, each of which remains under its own original license (Section 2).

Only the files, packages and assets listed in Section 2 are Third-Party Content. Everything else in this repository is Original Content under Section 1.

Section 1:

All rights not expressly granted below are reserved by Misanthropy.

1.1 Permitted use You may: a) download, install and play the Mod, unmodified, for personal use, when obtained from an official distribution channel (CurseForge/Modrinth pages or repository controlled by Misanthropy); b) include the unmodified, compiled Mod in a modpack distributed through a platform's standard modpack mechanism (e.g. CurseForge/Modrinth pack manifests), provided the modpack does not charge specifically for access to the Mod and credits it as required by 1.3.

1.2 Prohibited without prior written permission You may not: a) sell the Mod or any Original Content, or place it behind a paywall or paid membership tier (standard, non-exclusive ad revenue on an authorized distribution platform is not "selling"); b) re-host, mirror or re-upload the Mod (or extracted Original Content) on any site or network other than the official channels in 1.1(a); c) decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract Original Content for reuse, modification, or redistribution as a separate work, except to the extent such use is separately licensed under Section 2 for the specific files listed there; d) remove or alter copyright, attribution or license notices; e) use Misanthropy's name, "Linggango Tweaks", or ShutTheirPrayer's identity to imply endorsement of a derivative or unrelated project.

1.3 Attribution (when reuse is separately authorized) Where Misanthropy has given written permission to use, adapt or integrate Original Content elsewhere, the derivative project must display, on its main listing page and in any bundled README/LICENSE file:

"Portions of this project use mechanics/assets/code from Linggango Tweaks, created by Misanthropy (ShutTheirPrayer)."

1.4 Enforcement Any breach of this Section terminates your rights under 1.1 immediately. Unauthorized re-hosting may be subject to a DMCA takedown.

Each item below is licensed only under the terms of its stated license, not under Section 1. Where required by that license (e.g. source availability under LGPL/MPL), this repository is the source distribution point.

MIT License

  • Emerald equipment content, derived from Not Enough Emeralds by Zee99.
  • Stylised outline, derived from LumaLight by fdderng.
  • Leaf culling and the bundled smart leaves resource pack, derived from CullLeaves by Motschen and TeamMidnightDust.
  • Round leaves, foliage tufts, coral, cactus decoration and the leaf/soul particles, derived from Better Foliage by octarine-noise, with textures by Meringue (the bundled assets/betterfoliage textures are Meringue's).
  • Returning to the title screen while a world is still saving, derived from FastQuit by KingContaria and Kaleb Langley.
  • The machinery system (multiblock structures, ports, processes, and its JEI/Jade/KubeJS integration), derived from Masterful Machinery by ticticboom.
  • The kitchen integration and the Farmer's Delight bridges for Cooking for Blockheads and the ME Kitchen Station, derived from Culinary Compat! by smokahs (whose ME Kitchen Station in turn credits AppliedCooking by ItsSebastrn). The station textures and models are smokahs' work.

  • Sword blocking mechanics, originally designed/inspired by Fuzs.

GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0

  • Depth-based leaf culling, derived from Cull Less Leaves by isXander, ported to Forge by CCr4ft3r.

CC BY-SA 4.0

  • Lightning visuals, forked strikes and thunderstorm tiers, derived from Tempestra by Moth. These portions remain under CC BY-SA 4.0.

CC BY-NC-SA 4.0

  • The Beryl overlay, a port of Jade by Snownee. These portions remain under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0: attributed to Snownee, non-commercial, and any further distribution of them must carry the same license. Because this component is bundled into the Mod, the Mod as a whole may not be distributed commercially.
  • Beryl's Create and Lootr integration, its disguise rules and its equipment requirement option are original code written against Create's, Lootr's and Jade's public interfaces for this mod, and are Original Content under Section 1 not derived from Jade Addons (which is All Rights Reserved) or any other ARR source.
