What's new

Initial release.

-Increased the Command Block character limit from 32,768 to 2,000,000.
-Modified networking packets and GUI screens to support longer command strings.
-Automatically sets the commandModificationBlockLimit gamerule to 2,000,000 on world load.
-Allows massive /fill and /clone operations without vanilla limit errors.
-Fixed a critical crash on integrated server startup caused by incorrect Mixin signatures in early builds.
-Lightweight Forge utility mod required on both client and server.
