limited permissions expressly granted below.

This license applies to the Daily Money mod's source code, compiled files,
documentation, and original assets (the "Mod").

1. Use

You may download and use the unmodified Mod for personal play and on Minecraft
servers. This permission does not transfer ownership of the Mod.

2. Unmodified copies and rebranding

You may not sell, re-upload, redistribute, or sublicense an unmodified copy of
the Mod or its source code. You may not remove the original author or copyright
notices, claim the Mod as your own work, or present it under another name as if
you created it.

3. Updated forks

You may modify the Mod and share an updated fork at no charge, provided that
you:

- include this license and preserve the original copyright and attribution;
- clearly identify the release as an unofficial, modified fork of Daily Money;
- describe your changes; and
- do not imply that Senor created, supports, or endorses the fork.

You may not sell or charge for access to the Mod or an updated fork.

4. Independent add-ons

You may create, publish, and sell separate add-ons that work with the Mod,
including add-ons made by people or groups unaffiliated with Senor. An add-on
must not include or redistribute any part of the Mod's source code, compiled
files, or original assets. It must clearly state that it is an independent,
unofficial add-on and is not created, supported, or endorsed by Senor. You may
not bundle the Mod with a paid add-on.

5. Contributions

By submitting a contribution to the official Daily Money project, you grant
Senor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, modify, and
distribute that contribution as part of the Mod. You retain ownership of your
contribution.

6. Third-party work and disclaimer

Independent add-ons and forks are made and maintained by their respective
authors. Senor is not responsible for third-party work or for issues caused by
it. The Mod and all permitted copies and forks are provided "as is," without
warranty, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To that same
extent, Senor is not liable for damages arising from use of the Mod, an
updated fork, or an independent add-on.

All rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved by Senor.
