Limit Elytras (Fantasy Zero)

Restore the sense of progression to flight.

Limit Elytras prevents players from using Firework Rockets to boost an Elytra until they have reached The End. Before defeating the progression and accessing the End, Elytras can still be used for normal gliding, but rocket-powered flight is disabled.

This makes obtaining true flight a meaningful late-game milestone while still allowing early exploration through controlled gliding.
