Lighty

Hello everyone!

This release brings Lighty v4.0.1 to Minecraft 26.1!

Sorry for the delay, as I've been on vacation while neoforge released a fix to make Lighty work.
Thanks to CausingCoalition for updating the dependencies while I was away.

Lighty now uses [Codeberg Translate](https://translate.codeberg.org/engage/lighty/) for its translations!
Thanks to:
- SammyForReal for providing a German translation
- EBZur for providing a Hebrew translation
- Adam989-mc for letting us know that there are Arabic translation files that aren't used by Minecraft. As they were just duplicates of `ar_sa.json`, they were removed.

Our current translation status is shown below. Feel free to contribute your native language!
