Here's the lightsaber after you've hit the "forge" button

The Kyber Crystals can be found in Jedi and Sith ruins across the world. Blue in plains, Green in swamps, Yellow in Deserts, Purple in Mountains, and Red in Nether Wastes

Here you can see the creation of a lightsaber

These hilts can simply be crafted in a crafting table, when combined with a Kyber Crystal in a Lightsaber Forge, they create a Lightsaber with the hilt and color you used.
