⚡ Lightning Arrows

Lightning Arrows is a Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge mod that adds lightning-powered arrows, the powerful Electric Bow, explosive effects, and a new ammunition switching system.

⚡ Features

🏹 Lightning Arrow

A special arrow that summons lightning when it hits a target or the ground.

🌩️ Thunder Arrow

A more powerful arrow that creates multiple lightning strikes and an explosion on impact.

⚡ Electric Bow

A unique electric-themed bow designed to work with all available ammunition types.

The Electric Bow supports:

• Normal Arrows
• Lightning Arrows
• Thunder Arrows

🔄 Ammunition Switching

Press R to switch between ammunition types:

NORMAL → LIGHTNING → THUNDER → NORMAL

The currently selected ammunition type is displayed above the hotbar.

This system works with both:

• Vanilla Minecraft Bow
• Electric Bow

💥 Bow Effects

Vanilla Bow

Normal Arrow

• Standard Minecraft arrow behavior.

Lightning Arrow

• 1 lightning strike on impact.

Thunder Arrow

• 3 lightning strikes.
• Small explosion.

Electric Bow

Normal Arrow

• Standard arrow behavior.

Lightning Arrow

• 3 lightning strikes.
• Explosion that can destroy blocks.

Thunder Arrow

• 6 lightning strikes.
• Powerful explosion that can destroy blocks.

🎯 Ammunition System

Special ammunition is only consumed when it is actually fired.

• NORMAL uses Normal Arrows.
• LIGHTNING uses Lightning Arrows.
• THUNDER uses Thunder Arrows.
• Special ammunition does not automatically fall back to normal arrows.
• If the selected special ammunition is unavailable, the bow will not silently use normal arrows.

The mod adds crafting recipes for:

• ⚡ Lightning Arrow
• 🌩️ Thunder Arrow
• 🏹 Electric Bow

🎮 Game Modes

Lightning Arrows supports:

• Survival
• Creative

The mod is designed to work with both vanilla and modded Minecraft environments using Forge 1.20.1.

🌐 Multiplayer

Lightning effects, projectiles, ammunition consumption, and explosions are handled server-side for multiplayer compatibility.

🚀 Version

Lightning Arrows v0.1 Beta

This is the first beta release of the mod.
