Lightman's Discord Integration

-Added a "lightmansdiscord_messages.txt" file to the config folder where users can customize nearly all chat messages sent by the bot.
-Added the /reloadmessages command that will reload the message config options. Must be op to run.
-New Trader notifications now display the proper owner name (team or player), instead of only the player owner's name.
-Changed the modid from "lightmansconsole" to "lightmansdiscord".

Note: Since the modid has been changed, you will need to rename the lightmansconsole-server.toml config file to lightmansdiscord-server.toml in order to keep your previous config values.
Note 2: All chat/message customization options previously in the config have been moved to the new lightmansdiscord_messages.txt file in the config folder.
