Added more Configuration options



The following options have been added to the config file:

particleSize: Adjust the visual size of the ambient dust particles.

particleLifetime: Control exactly how long (in ticks) dust particles stick around before fading away.

minBlockLight: Define the minimum block light level required for dust to spawn.

playerInteractRadius: Tweak the distance at which player movements (swinging weapons, raising shields, or sprinting) physically interact with and push the dust particles.
