Port Light Block and add new Shadow Block

Use Light Block for lighting invisibly, and Shadow Block to obscure light.

Light for dark area

Shadow for bright area (Invisible)

Shadow for bright area (Visible)

Notes :

This is a both(client and server)-side mod.
Feel free to use this mod in any modpacks.
