Life Steal, but with less consequences

I made this project as an extra adition to any modpacks wanting to insentivize killing other players more than just to get their loot.

It adds a new game rule called life steal wich when toggled will reward players that kill other players with one extra heart per kill (this does not remove one heart from the killed player) and removing all extra hearts gained this way from the killed player.
