FIXED: crafting something gated through another mod's screen ate the ingredients

When a player without the right profession crafted a gated item, the mod let the craft happen and then deleted the result. The ingredients were already used up by then, so the player lost them. In a vanilla crafting table this was usually hidden, because the result slot was emptied before the player could click it, but other mods' crafting screens went straight through to the delete.

Now a gated result simply cannot be taken out of a crafting result slot, by clicking, shift-clicking, number keys or dropping, so the craft never starts and nothing is spent. This covers the vanilla tables and any mod screen that uses a normal result slot. For screens that craft some other way, a gated craft is now undone instead: the result is taken back and the crafting grid is put back exactly as it was.

Also includes the small fixes made after 1.1.0 was uploaded, including the editor cursor fix.
